650 Personnel Prepared to Monitor Sacrificial Animal Slaughtering

Jakarta Marine, Agriculture, and Food Security (KPKP) Department has prepared 650 joint personnel to supervise sacrificial animal slaughtering during Idul Adha. They will also explain how to slaughter in Islamic way.

Those personnel comprising of 300 personnel from Department, 300 personnel from Bogor Institute of Agriculture (IPB) and 50 personnel from Indonesian Veterinarian Association (PDHI)

“Those personnel comprising of 300 personnel from Department, 300 personnel from Bogor Institute of Agriculture (IPB) and 50 personnel from Indonesian Veterinarian Association (PDHI),” said Darjamuni, Head of Jakarta Marine, Agriculture, and Food Security Department, at City Hall, Wednesday (9/9).

Basuki: Sacrificial Animal Slaughtering must Be in Slaughterhouse

According to Darjamuni, they are slated to examine sacrificial animal’s health before and after slaughtering.

“We summoned all committees yesterday. We have socialized how to slaughter well in Islamic way,” he uttered.

His side also has coordinated with PD Dharma Jaya to prepare the Animal Slaughterhouses (RPH) in Pulo Gadung and Cakung, East Jakarta.

“So, residents who want to conduct slaughtering in Dharma Jaya Animal Slaughterhouse, just call or bring your animal there,” he finished.
